• Prepare and review all assigned elements before the service (audio, video, media, or streaming)
• Follow service flow, cues, and transitions with excellence and attention to detail
• Maintain a servant-hearted attitude, understanding that production supports worship, not the spotlight
It is required that all Media and Video team members watch the training videos available in the Know How section. These videos provide essential practical details for Media and Video.

Attend Thursday rehearsal when scheduled (arrive at least 10 minutes early to set up, test equipment, and be ready) Non - Mandatory (Suggested)
Attend Sunday service rehearsal when scheduled (arrive at least 10 minutes early to set up and be ready)
Sunday Rehearsal  1st Service starts at 8:15am & 2nd Service 10:30am (Allow enough time before that to set up your gear)
Be punctual and ready to serve at call time!

• Confirm or decline your availability in Planning Center for each scheduled week
• Block out dates in Planning Center when you are not available to serve
• Review service plans, media files, cues, and notes in Planning Center ahead of time
• Check the Vocal Assignment document each week to know who is leading specific parts of the songs, helping the audio and video teams anticipate transitions, solos, and moments of emphasis
